At MoreThanRagz we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

Eligibility Criteria:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags must be attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you would like another size or color if available. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at MTRsupport4you@morethanragz.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
